(NB. For info of those who wanna be in the know, the Car Alarm Sys box is on LHS of boot (ie mounted together with the Reverse Sensor), juz b4 the Left Rear Lamp housing.)

INSTALLATION NOTES:

1. Remove large plug from Car Alarm unit.
2. Plug in replacement (built-in) plug from new Auto Brake Lock module.
3. Insert Car Alarm plug into Auto Brake Lock module socket.
4. Tap provided (labelled) cable from Auto Brake Lock module into power signal cable (Green) which is connected to Rear Brake Lamp.
5. Done!!

For all Bros info : This unit adds the following functions to stock car alarm system :
1. Hazard Lights flash for a short time when any door is opened;
2. Locks ALL doors with Ignition ON when brake pedal is pressed;
3. UNlocks ALL doors when Ignition is switched OFF.
4. UNlocks ALL doors by pressing Alarm Reset Button. (nxt to Hazard Warning Lights button)
5. A "bonus" feature ... Pls discover it yrself, ok?

DIY-ing brings a sp kind of satisfying feeling & sense of personal accomplishment which $$$ kenot buy... rolleyes.gif

interesting.. u mean shorty5 ? i once buy alphine hu from his shop at klang.. gotta see him some day. is the ready stock ABL or need to confirm stock first??

Anyone know why my Saga FL suddenly cannot on? Car noob here. Plus sometimes the alarm is insane, when I wanna lock the car the alarm is screaming. Really don't know why.

Saga 1.3 manual, at 90kmh the odometer goes up to 3 x1000 R/Min, is it normal or what?

afterward change, then bubble again, change, bubble again, then my electronics (power window, rear windscreen heater) all kaput coz the solvent used to remove tint is quite corrosive.

Oh and, a rough figure of what RM30 of fuel + lead foot can bring me:

Wednesday midnite fill in RM30, had some 110kmh fun. Then Thursday jam a bit to Mid Valley and also jam a bit at Kuen Cheng, yesterday jam 30 minutes at MRR2 Keramat, Wangsa Maju and Batu Caves when heading to Rawang and when nite time 100-140kmh back to Ampang from Rawang.

leave it under the sun often
monitor it for 1-2 weeks...if still got bubble...thn can either claim warranty for just go for your security tint
the tint is lack of heat..the installer didn't put alot of time using the heatgun to dry it
