If that the case, u better go to report this at police station about the sa and the bank loan officer, mention to them u r not well explained before u sign the paper and agreed for the terms n conditions. Then bring the report to consumer faculty. But it takes week to hear from them.

Well I just received a reply from an officer in Ambank Hq, I guess when I email the complaint to them and cc to BNM complaint email, they "Boh Pian Act" have to work on it. They asked me to furnish the Ambank Branch in JB, the officers name and my particulars. Which I will do it asap.

Yes, only after signing everything, they demand me to buy the Autolife crap. If they had the professional courtesy and ethiquette, they should inform me way before i sign, then i would surely consider it. Because i know insurance is good, but not that i be forced to buy it.
