tks for your reply, I'm curious ScottTrade has replied, they doesn't accept international investors....
. How do you open with them? r u their PR or etc?
Well, I got ScottTrade long long time ago... perhaps now, they may have change their policy. I'm not sure anymore. As long any of the broker allows you to fill the W8-BEN form, that's should be ok.

However, should compare directly bsc some other factors need to take into consideration. Thus far MB Trading is the best as in lowest brokerage fees for international traders but not "ease of use"
You are correct.. MB Trade offers best price if you're low volume trader. Eg. for every 100 shrs you buy.. I was charge only $1. How that happens? I don't know because according to their commission, it was suppose to be $4.95 flat, but I'm not complaining either. http://www.tdameritrade.com/pricing.html

As for TDAmeritrade, it is a bit high.. but I use it for large volume trade.. eg. buying 1000 shrs or options.
I like its platforms the best - ThinkorSwim and Trade Achitect.
A lot of people ask me why I got some many accounts..
Well, one primary reason is because I can hold LONG in one account, and SHORT the other account for the same equity.
A lot of brokers can't allow you to hold LONG and SHORT for same equity.. so that's why.
