normally what platform to use when trading US market? I try not to go through the local bank due to their high commission charges. How abt go straight to their market...currently using CIMB with 0.4% brokerage.

Any ideas all sifu out there?

tks for your reply, I'm curious ScottTrade has replied, they doesn't accept international investors..... How do you open with them? r u their PR or etc?

Normally local banks provide a multi-currency account for us to trade in the desired currency. No conversion loss, only from initial amount and only investors decide to convert back to RM to use, but still very irritating if there is a contra gain, they will force you to convert back to RM instead of US. Worst still, should there be any dividend declared, there will charge you RM50 for that and force you again to convert back to RM ....

so now, I'll hv to use direct broker to deal with it. Bye-bye CIMB.

Missed DANG at 5.50 2 days back, loaded AMD a little.
YOKU cut loss when sprial-down from 28.

Market overbought for me. In coming short term, will see blood-bath. Time to load up.

It is difficult to put a time frame on this kind of thing. But, Zamans did made a good observation.. market had rallied quite hard these past 3-4 weeks and RSI now at the overbought area. It will pull back but not sure when. When it does, just be ready.

When the market is full.. the media will cook up some horror stories to scare 'em bulls.

Then, it is time to "fug" the bulls... like sulifeisgreat likes to put this his colorful language. 

US stock market still the "Dai Lou" in the world and it always impact the whole world market. To have a consolidate view on US, UK, AU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia share market.

Looks like my plan for options decay are working for LVS. As long they keep the price here (below 50, above 44-45).. those options will burn to zero by expiration.

I'm watching AAPL closely.. this is going to a good opportunity here at 363-369 area!! 

Friday premarket:

Futures looking good.. UE came in at 8.6%, non-farm payroll at 120k (Nov) vs 100k (Oct).

AAPL touched 390, LVS touched 47.. so, I'm going to lock in some profits tonight.
