ROFL Aiya, I was about to suggest that if you say its tough to find ori yellow color laptop, i believe you Anyway, I missed out on one yellow (or gold?)-colored laptop -> Asus A43Sj, comes in a wide range of specs/ colors~ particularly these 2: A43Sj, Pentium B950 + Nvidia GT520M@RM1799, W7HP; FreeDOS@RM1499 A43Sj, i3-2330M + Nvidia GT520M@RM1999[2.44kg], Colors:Red/Blue/Pink/Green/Gold/Black You can take a look at it here: http://event.asus.com/my/2011/productguide/PG_Oct_Nov.pdf This post has been edited by [PF] T.J.: Oct 16 2011, 09:03 PM |

There's a manual switch or software operated? If its the latter, then other brands also can - There's Nvidia Optimus and AMD Bacon in other laptops for that~ - Every brand also offers easy reformatting, just that the names may be slightly different only haha Personally I don't really like the colors, mainly because the colors extend even into the pane below the keyboard (but then this is based on personal preferences hehe).... and the laptops are very glossy RM2.3k can get the previous version of the Asus A43sv or Asus N43Sl (normal version) which are better in terms of GPU performance, and comes with 2 years international warranty o? hehe~ Of course, there's the Inspirons from Dell too But then if you really like the design of the Z470, just go for it, most importantly is that you get a laptop you like~ This post has been edited by [PF] T.J.: Oct 16 2011, 09:14 PM |

QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Oct 16 2011, 07:46 PM) Yeah, using the M14x, the fan is super loud, that's for sure haha, and no doubt is the M14x's biggest drawback does i3 differ alot compare to B940,B950 and amd e-450?As for the heat, it depends very much on your configurations, those with SSDs were reported to have much lower temperatures Err.. Seen the Dell XPS 15 and XPS 15z yet? Those are pretty good as well The G series are powerful gaming machines, but the screen resolution is sub-par though@1366x768... Unless you import the ones with FullHD lo Added on October 16, 2011, 7:59 pm Yeah, for certain ppl, design is important as well So its not always about specs and price Added on October 16, 2011, 8:04 pm Hmm, pretty much those with Intel B940/950, AMD E-450 or in some cases, SB i3 14" » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 15" » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The MSI CR430x and Lenovo B470 seems rather worth it for the price they offer which model or brand is rather longer lasting? my friend dont want to have trouble time in future of this and that problem... |

Basically i3 >> B940/950 >> E-450 in terms of CPU power which model or brand is rather longer lasting? my friend dont want to have trouble time in future of this and that problem... Whether a laptop lasts long or not depends very much on how the user takes care of the laptop; and also a little bit of luck. If worried about laptop spoiling, its best to go for those that offer free 2nd or 3rd year warranties |

I have seen two model of the laptop. One is Asus A53sv-sx498V and dell 15R. How come dell can offer such a nice spec with almost the same price as the asus? |
