if only restricted to 17inch laptop, that g770 is the only that fits your bill. unless you want to consider
NP5175, i5-2410M + Nvidia GT555M (2GB) + (1920x1080)@RM3399, FreeDOS [CPU Options: i5-2410M - i7-2860QM]

after lurking this thread from October, i need recommendation to buy new laptop.

i'm a frequent traveler. i already have my company thinkpad x210 but it's for official usage. can play games with it. so i'm looking for a good enough laptop to play just Football Manager and Fifa,PES with highest setting. it must be light, no more than 2.5kg. coz i'll bring 2 laptops for my travelling. most of the time will use it for watching HD movies. but i love gaming too! sigh ~

- if can get FHD or HD+ screen should be better.

budget max around 3.5k

plan to get one after new year break.
any comment or suggestions are welcome.

Preferred screen size? hmm.gif
If 15"
then can consider Dell XPS 15z, i5-2430M + Nvidia GT525M (1GB) + (1920x1080)@RM3499[2.51kg], backlit keyboard

Most 14" laptops within your budget that has HD+ screen resolution doesn't have a good GPU unfortunately sad.gif

Hmm, but 2.4kg seems quite light don't you think? haha...
I'm surprised that the XPS 15z which is built to be light to be more than 2.5kg laugh.gif
Anyway, 2.7kg is usually normal for 15 inchers, my previous Qosimo F60 was around that weight also (lighter than my M14x brows.gif)

if MSI GE620-FHD is 2.4kg, then this one should be in my shortlist.

screen size 14inch doesnt have good GPU, as long can play fifa or pes should be ok. i've put aside my dream to play heavy games. cry.gif cry.gif

Neh, not true, the built and craftsmanship of the 15z is very good, just that it doesn't look nice laugh.gif

More like, it doesn't have a dGPU laugh.gif
So I guess you can just cross 14" laptops with HD+ resolution out... unless you are willing to wait for the Samsung 7 series (which we're not sure whether its coming or not)/ go for 15" laptops nod.gif
