1. Preferred Brand : ASUS /HP Pavillion as long as good design.
2. Budget : 2k-2.5k (cheaper and worth for money)
3. Usage : HD movie,surfing,light photo editing, minor gaming but (NV GT540,ATI 6730)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14inch

I was looking for new Asus model,A43SA-VX083V but its still not available in lowyat plaza. seller in grage sales also need to wait until monday. i only have tomorrow to go for laptop hunting. if sifus here know any reseller with stock in hand please let me know.

Just now i went to lowyat and molested the laptop liao.

N55SF i5 version, the keyboard quite ok, mouse pad oso ok, but the plastic cover is a downside, i felt that it was hot. and the lid, omg, must be a fingerprint magnet! RM 2699 with 1600 x 900, a lower version of gt555m, comes with some craps and free upgrade to 8gb ram. extend to 3 years warranty need top up rm 350, have to do it at the service centre.


A43SA i5 version, i don't really like the keyboard, but still acceptable, aluminium casing, not so hot, and the lid is ok.
RM 2299 for i5 2410, RM 2399 for i5 2430, well not sure if the RM 100 really brings any difference. AMD hd6730m, 1366x768. also come with some craps and free upgrade to 8 gb ram. same warranty payment as well if extend.


really i like the n43sl more but i hate the lid design, and it is weaker than the above, audio aside.


i was also looking at the acer 4755G and the timeline x 4830 tg, the design is fine to me, with a gt540m, but the 4830 battery life is wonderful!

and there is actually a hp dv4 i5 version with amd hd 6750m, RM 2599 oh.


now i brain can't really choose which one to get arghhhhhh.....

Instead of the on I mention above, what laptop can use i7 but price quite reasonable ?

I just realize RM3009 is too much just for surf internet and play normal game
