my tab for some reason is deleting emails from Gmail. like i read d....then suddenlyh my whole October e mails for 2 weeks all went into delete folder. anyone know whats going on?

hiya guys, planning on buying a 64gb version of galaxy tab with wifi + 3g, just want to ask, will i be able to root it, or only certain version can like psp or asus eee pad? Afraid am gonna brick the 3k stuff T_T

is the current rom for G Tab stable and good to go without rooting?
I mean as in the stability for the stock rom.

ive used the stock and ive used the custom rom. custom roms seems to experience significantly less force close especially when using the browser

No harm trying to claim exemption - the most it will be rejected only. However you can only make such claim once every 3 years only. I sent in to claim for my ipad ( 64gb/3g) 3 years ago and it was accepted

it will be around 2.8k for 64g/3g here in moscow, but is there any exception to the rooting part? or all version of galaxy tab 10.1 can do it?

what is the correct way to insert the 3g sim card...I believe the sgt 10.1 use the normal sim card. I used my hp 3g maxis prepaid sim card for mobile internet. I tried inserting the simcard with the gold side facing back but it doesn't click in...any help here! TQ

@question 1. no. not normal. maybe software error try factory reset and see

@question 2. yes voids warranty. and yes u can flash back the original rom and claim warranty (reset odesnt unroot, must flash again)

Added on October 16, 2011, 12:17 pmAFAIK all can do. rooting was actually pretty easy. the instructions at first read can be pretty intimidating but actually once u know the basic (like what is recovery mode, what is download mode, which is like 90% of instructions covering this basic stuff) u are good to go.

a large percent of instructiomns also teach u to back up. basically backing up your OS as it is, with all your software installed and settings etc. u can actually skip all ths crap. i did. anything just flash back the original factory OS which is available on XDA. u lose all your settings and etc and tedious to reinstall but its perfectly fine

the only backup i do is titanium back up

does celcom offers sme warranty? if i buy the tab directly from celcom and the newtons ring appeared then do i get the screen fixed also?

as i understand it supposedly the malaysian batch not supposed to have neuton rings d. but if it does have it should definitely bve covered under warranty. the argument would be this damage is not caused by user misconduct by rather manufacturer defect, hence claimable. be confident when u stick this to them if they try to be funny cuz u have the law on your side.
