i duno y ppl r so lazy to wipe the screen with a tissue... matte sp just ruin the nice color coming from the screen...

After flashing the overclock kernel, my SGT just hang there sometimes, need to force restart with the power button or sometimes it will restart it self after hang for like 20+ sec. Anyone else has this problem?
I'm running on stock rom + over lock 1.4 ghz. ? And mine is p7500, is this not suitable for 3g model?

anyone know how to get the automatic maxis 3g wap setting for GT-P7500 like when 1st time inserting the sim card. I accidentally delete the setting and now even after logged-off, re-inserting the sim card all over again and powered-on cannot get the wap setting automatically from maxis.

try asking maxis to send u the setting?

my setting similar to yours. stock rom+OC set cpu+kernel 2.6.36.4...so far running ok..do you have clockmod recovery? if yes then back up stock rom, then re-flash kernel.

playing games surely drain battery fast. normally at 1.4Ghz max and 216MHz min with ondemand settings, i get around 2 days with surfing,some videos and light games (not 3D). now I underclock it to 760MHz max, 216MHz min with no live wallpaper, the tab still feel smooth and better battery lifetime

please help...anyone using maxis prepaid mobile internet? I still cannot connect to internet after installing maxis internet setting...

UPDATE: Aiyaa...no wonder not much response on this matter as it was my sim card that coz the connection problem. Solved the issue after calling 1300 820 120 maxis customer service center.

The above setting is correct for maxis mobile internet. As I do not use much data, I choose a bi-weekly plan (100mb/2weeks/RM18). The maxis staff informed me that my sim is still on prepaid broadband which i subscribed previously. Therefore I need to change it to hotlink service by dialling *100#...after that everything is fine.

th3_UnFoRs33n: Look for WiFi File Manager in the Android Market.

Notice that it is a fileserver app, and serves HTML though it probably was coded in Java. There are other options - Google SL4A.

just goto the apn page and press menu choose reset apn to default... it will usually work

Hi, i have an iPad 2 and a Galaxy Tab 3g/Wifi version...

IMO

Galaxy tab is so slow sometimes when 2-3 apps are oppening
I can't find many apps in market place

I've been hearing how the Tab was good and iPad 2 was such a scam and not good....

But from my own personal experience, i still prefer the iPad 2 because of the smoothness.....

Please enlighten me how to make the tab a better experience to use?

PS : Not totally bashing on the tab, but this is making me sad, buying the tab for almost 2000 and end up using the ipad 2 more.....

Try rooting the tab and install a custom rom. see post 1. also the main point of android vs apple is the customisability. as in arranging your home screen etc

for a nice home screen experience u can flash a rom (much better performance tweaks than standard rom) or try substitute home launchers. i recommend ADW launcher.

androids are not particularly strong gaming devices but they do support playstation games better than apple.

ADW launcher is not compatible and ADW launcher EX is not free.

Any other good home replacement app? Free or free to try as I will only use it for short duration.

i dont there's any GOOD home replacement app thats free. i bought the ADW launcher and no regrets.
