My biggest challenge, hope sifus can advice as im new to tablets.

I need to travel, n carrying my laptop around is troublesome. Need an alternate device which is smaller n light. Main usage will be surfing, checking emails n ATTACH files fr my laptop with editing capability, auto sync all my outlook new n old emails (duplicate copy at Tab n laptop outlook)

Im not considering iPad2 due to size n iTunes limitation.

Im considering older version of Tab since its smaller. But not sure its a wise decision since every1 is goin for 10.1.

Really happy with my tab now after flash to overcome rom. All my previous complains settled.

Minimizing to home is lag free.

The stock keyboard is super responsive, no longer lag. Even when spam two nearby keys. Typing in browser snd forum is fast too.
Too bad can't say the same for other keyboard, they still lags, but I just need one, and the stock android one is the fastest.:-)

The annoying mini tray that I hate, after using honeybar, pressing it minimize the taskbar. So useful instead of popping out some useless option.

Overall everything is smooth, with nice animation.

The browser is more user friendly as well. Bookmarks handling is better.
Also, the most recent page can display even more pages. Super convenient.

Apps run smoother

There is a zoom or resize smaller apps that are meant for phones.
Handy to have.

There is a much more nicer and smoother android market.

The list goes on and on.
I'm so satisfied with it. Don't think I will be even needing ics. Lol...:-D :-D

currently there are a few models

7.0
7.0 plus
7.7
8.9
10.1

difference in hardware and software.. while software part, only the old 7.0 is using gingerbread, others all using honeycomb with tentative to upgrade to ICS in future.

hardware in 8.9 and 10.1 is identical except for the screen size and battery size..

7.7 is the latest variant with super amoled+ screen, phone function, micro sd card slot etc etc.. with better processor and GPU as well compared to 8.9 and 10.1.

check out the detail specs online, software part we can tell u.. hardware u can check online..

the software is able to handle all yr needs since its identical.. pick the best one that suit your price range and convenient..

just to remind u, 7.7 has better specs and connectivity (phone function, hdmi, micro sdcard slot), while 7.0+ has phone function, sd card slot but with lower resolution screen..

8.9 and 10.1 are the same, but without sd card slot, hdmi, usb.. with slower processor but enough for normal use anyway.. those missing ports can be added via adapters, so no worries if u wanna plug in yr usb drive as long as u brought along the adapters..
