wanna take pict of the A77, but lots of people testing it, and I gtg di.. sad.gif

I had a chance to try out the A65 at the KLPF. Is it just me, or does the A65's body feels more less solid compared to the A55/A33? I like the specs though. But not enough to move on from my A33 yet.

It's unfair to compare an APSC to a full frame viewfinder anyway regardless whether it's EVF or OVF.. The field of view is still different due to the sensor size.

azamunekurone: No wonder, you're in a jamming studio!

dtdw: I was referring to the Sony 28-75mm F2.8 SAM not the Sony 16-50mm F2.8 DT SSM, in reply to e-jump. smile.gif

the a77's evf is a huge improvement over the a55's unit, but I think it is still behind the OVF of the A900 / A850 which are among the best out there for full frame cameras. it is bright and big, but just not as real as an OVF. and I would be a fool to expect it to be. An EVF is still an EVF, is still an EVF. But for normal shooting, I think it works brilliantly. I had shot for about 1-1/2 hours with the A77 in a studio environment and it worked beautifully. I adapted to it pretty quick. I don't think there should be any issues.  nod.gif

wait till u shoot under non studio + non daylight environment, EVF blows me away after 1 whole day tested (scouting for shooting location), beach sunset WB can been seen and knowing what color you going to get is a big plus, and tricky light environment, indoor etc, its great!

What's the price of the Manfrotto tripod with ballhead now? Something affordable with 5kg weight bearing.

dtdw, well spotted! I've updated it.

JackCL: Nice! Though if you brought the car to an open field, with the same clouds, and a bit less contrast, you could make it an ad.

zstan: #2 is weirdly framed. Portrait and just a bit lower!

JackCL: Nice shot of the X100 with good lighting, though the background is a bit distracting.

e-jump: Long time no see! The processing is a bit flat on the faces though, why?

Oh there's the Sony 28-75mm F2.8 SAM, also a full-frame lens. smile.gif

kysham: Interesting shot with many layers. smile.gif

azamunekurone: Nice! Interesting angle, I've never gotten that before!

fansoption: Nicely processed! It makes the background less obvious.
