QUOTE(xavier7 @ Sep 14 2011, 09:16 PM) now this is intriguing from the front page FAQ: "The GT-I9100 is the normal Exynos based Galaxy S II, the I9103 is the Tegra 2 edition" what do you see under Menu>>settings>>about phone>>Model number i believe only a dumb(woops, dun get offenced) cant differentiate between SGSII and Galaxy R. even the menu button can tell u dat ur phone is the king of android or an inferior version to the king. or else turn ur phone 180 degree n look at its ass... nope. look at its back. the camera pixel oso can tell u d wat

I had almost similar problem with KH3 modem previously. After some time the data do not want to move. Have to off and on back. Now using KG2 modem have not have this problem.

Rooted my phone, Used tegrak to overclock my max CPU speed and undervolt the others, limited it to 800MHz for normal use (zero lag, runs much cooler, and way way better battery life, 1 whole day and still 60% left), made the max speed to 1500MHz which I will only use during heavy games, otherwise 1000MHz will be more than enough.
Tegrak Rules!!!

http://www.gsmarena.com/tmobile_galaxy_s_i...r-news-3134.php'' T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II was just confirmed to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, featuring a 1.5 GHz dual-core Scorpion processor. That's the board that you can find inside the HP TouchPad, except that this time its dual-core CPU is clocked much higher. Its main advantage over the Samsung Exynos platform is the faster network data - it allows network downloads with up to 42 Mbps, compared to half of that on the Exynos. The Exynos on the other hand has an edge in performance - the speedier CPU clock of the Snapdragon inside the T-Mobile Galaxy S II will probably negate the advantage of the Cortex-A9 cores, but the Adreno 220 GPU isn't quite a match for the Mali-400MP.

QUOTE http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article...m_ion_batteries Summary - Simple Guidelines for Charging Lithium-based Batteries
A portable device should be turned off while charging. This allows the battery to reach the threshold voltage unhindered and reflects the correct saturation current responsible to terminate the charge. A parasitic load confuses the charger.
Charge at a moderate temperature. Do not charge below freezing. Lithium-ion does not need to be fully charged; a partial charge is better. Chargers use different methods for “ready” indication. The light signal may not always indicate a full charge. Discontinue using charger and/or battery if the battery gets excessively warm. Before prolonged storage, apply some charge to bring the pack to about half charge. Over-discharged batteries can be “boosted” to life again. Discard pack if the voltage does not rise to a normal level within a minute while on boost
Another simple interesting explanation/tips on battery care: Compulsory reading I must say forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1168036 Guys, there is some conflict about the 2 websites. It says lithium-ion does not need to be fully charged; a partial charge is better. However, In the xda-developers website, it was stated that: QUOTE To set your mind at ease, a “charge cycle” means a single iteration of depleting followed by a re-charge until 100% of battery charge. If you consume 50% of your iPod’s battery on day 1, recharge to 100% at night, and do the same thing on day 2, then you would have just finished up one charge cycle of its battery life. So do you think a 100% charged is better, or partial charge? Just need some opinions.
