QUOTE(waveweaver @ Sep 8 2011, 10:31 PM) Better start check first if you got any roque apps in your phone. If you got Titanium then try freezing all your downloaded apps and see if the draining stop. If you're on stock rom then it's going to be hard/factory reset for you. I don't think it is battery problem as it will shown in a first week already rather than months later. Either you got roque apps or phone problem. i ddnt subsribe 3g data plan, just sometime connect using wifi at my house, ddnt used 3g watchdog, seems ddnt got data plan,i ddnt root my fon yet,how i can know if got rogue app?i ddnt install any prog for this while |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Sep 8 2011, 11:58 PM) You can download Android Assistant app from market and use it to check if there any app with unusual high battery percentage. And also try download Betterbatterystats apk from xda to check if there are any unusual app still working in the background when your screen is OFF. ok,thx, will try it,just curious is that normal the highest percentage batt usage r display?setting lowest brightness.50% display 10% android systemOR if you only got a few apps then just uninstall all of it and do a hard/factory reset. If still got severe battery drain after hard/factory reset then better go checkup at service centre |

For the most part, I’m very pleased with SGS2’s cellular connectivity situation, though there’s a bit more to talk about. I noticed that sometimes cellular connectivity will stop and become unresponsive for anywhere between a few seconds, and minutes at a time, requiring a battery pull or lots of patience before working again. Toggling airplane mode doesn’t work when that happens, and usually it’s manifested by the data-type indicator disappearing. I’m not sure what the story is here, but it seems like I’ve seen a lot of Samsung phones having data sessions randomly lock up and then come back after a while, lately.
This happend to me most all the time when trying to sent mms.my fon ddnt have data plan,so i ddnt on the data plan, only on when sent or received mms. Apn setting only set to mms only. Anyway what is ramdump,i just set it to Auto, actually why we all disable fast dormancy ? This post has been edited by taq_gt: Sep 13 2011, 06:49 PM |
