It's not installed in the rom , u need 2 install it manually from your sd card if u wanna use it

Hey anyone here ever encounter the.whole.screen suddenly gone red? I restart the phone and it is back to normal

30 mins of browsing =10% drop for me on wifi, so should last 6 hours with the screen on min brigtness

Tried it a few hours then revert back . Some of the games are not working , keep getting FC when I tried to open it . Didnt notice about the temp then

hmm, sorry. i did read the first page already but still don't really understand something. if i flash my firmware using odin to the latest firmware, and that latest firmware is from other country, will it still support chinese word in messaging? and the latest official firmware to flash is it DXKH2? but why is it still 2.3.3? not 2.3.4 at that xda website? thanks.

Yes i know. But if your already using setcpu you won't need the daemon tool, because the overclock script would be deactivated.

I don't have this issue. Suggest if you have Ti Backup, go in and clear cache and data for both.

I did not have this problem when i was using lightning rom. Actually i did not have any problem at all with lightning. The reason i ditch it is because it does not support jkay themes.

Added on September 8, 2011, 10:15 amI did. The daemon function is the same as SetCPU. Just another app. Nothing new here.

Its the additional feature of shutting down 1 core in sleep that is new. It will run no matter which app you using to control your processor

BTW initial testing, normal at night my phone run at 9 - 11mah (flight mode). After the script for shutting down one core i am getting 2 - 5 mah. Will need more time to confirm.

Most Europe based roms do not have built in Chinese language input support
You can download from Market free app Google PinYin for Chinese input
Download and flash Hong Kong roms ( can get at XDA thread by intratech) for Chinese language support. Do NOT use the China based roms as many users has reported failure flashing it

DXKH2 is Msian latest rom ; it has built in Chinese language. It is still at 2.3.3 . WHY ? I'd say only Samsung know why only 2.3.3 is release not 2.3.4

Yeah, its a nice feature. But only increase your standby time. If you use your phone alot, surfing, gaming etc. you will see no difference.

i've been using this modded version for a few weeks and now it's broken..
i suspect Google is trying to block their modified apps to work..

i prefer Google Maps over Papago is because of their faster fixed location and rerouting on Papago is very lembab, sometimes it's still ask me to make a u-turn..
no worry about data connection,
u can use Prefetch Map Area using wifi first..the only thing that required data is when u search & get directions..

DXKH2(2.3.3) do not have Sim contact display compare to XXKG5(2.3.4)

Only Android 2.3.4 have sim contact display
