Sales gallery and show unit at 1st floor, upon completion project this building will be management office. Surprise there is no lobby cater for this project.

after 6 long mths, today's progress still look the same as the pics posted jusjus88 6 mths ago. Developer suspend the project?

This project is a scam or what? Rimba Residence also building so high up liao..

It was mentioned a few times already that this project is super slow.

But seems lowyat forum no one come forward and claim to be the buyers. Presumable no lowyat forumers are affected. So no one need to kan cheong about it.

If u know this developer's background, then u know why it takes soooo long soooo slow...

This project location is right, super golf view and forest view, low dense, if price at 500-550psf consider reasonable, freehold, good facade looking, 5-6 units per floor. Everything seems right.
Very good for own stay except maintenance fees is high and the developer background is not good?

Was considering this few yrs back but then didn't proceed due to few reasons - unknown developer, future h/way in front, etc.
