Any owner mind to share when SnP signed?

This project location is right, super golf view and forest view, low dense, if price at 500-550psf consider reasonable, freehold, good facade looking, 5-6 units per floor. Everything seems right.
Very good for own stay except maintenance fees is high and the developer background is not good?

Looks like another 2 years to go based on the progress. When snp signed? Owner can start calculating thr LAD already if snp dated year 2012. Pray hard the developer won't runaway
