Launched nearly 2 years already, not finished selling yet, progress damn super slow, future development ? first already buyers lost confident how to go on to the next one ?

It will be interesting if you post a new thread about old projects which did not hit 80% after a year or so. All of us will be really interested to know more about what other projects which did not hit > 80-90%.

But usually high rise which has big built up ( > 1500 sf ) might have problem reaching 80-90 %. Is it the case for Duet ?

Always the case, bigger units are those left behind.

I agreed is a bit slow but not abandon at least.

The location is excellent for own stay for ppl who likes Puchong area of course.

For those who managed to grab it with 7% rebate, upon completion even if you sell at SPA price, you still make at least 12k profit net after loan penalty, agent's comm and legal fee.

If I can get 90% loan margin, I will not hesitate to get a unit for myself.

Would like to share some pictures of site progress with you.

I am new here, don't know how to post wor.

Can some one guide me please. smile.gif

Its not abit, its damn 9 slow. I had a friend brought at very good price lol pity those who didnallt do deep research on this one and buy now everyone is cursing.

Join a few name and buy this sure win win lol

You mean the high end condo very rare to hit 100% sale status in how long period? One month or one year?

how is the sale so far ?
wonder on developer's financial capability as the sale is not really up to expectation.
But isn't it people say sell 60% already make profit for most projects.
So what is the real reason the project delay ....
8 Kinrara also almost finished in less than 1 year.

Credibility is a concern! people behind this company.
Price is not cheap if comparison to Rimba Residency in same area in yr 2011.
sales is slow -> cashflow -> Delay.
60% sales might not be able to find the 'breakeven" point.

The potential is there but kawan told me not to buy oh... tongue.gif

In fact, it had been almost fully sold within 1 month after it was launched and left only bumi lots. Now I not sure.

Official launching yes, 1-2 months ago.
But I believe like any other developer, they started marketing months before
1 year just an example to show that it really selling hot..

Boss, if other developers, majority yes. A lot developer sold it during preview or soft launch before official launches.

But for 8 Kinrara case, I mean that, they almost sold out within 1 month during their preview to the public.
