yes, there are 550k landed in Kinrara, 10 year old houses which you might wan tp throw in another 100k for reno, and those 100k is upfront cost...

i personally visited few houses in Kinrara with agent last week.. those houses looks like need to pour in some money to do up..

If it is 550k landed plus 100k for reno, that's still about the same price as the >600k Duet. Still think better buy landed and do reno.

Tower 1 or tower 2 ?

I saw them promoting in Supermarket. Tower 2 still have A LOT of units.

And they sealed the S&P with buyers and by hook and by crook they have to build now, otherwise they have to pay penalty.

I would be stepping on people's toes now this: No matter what selling price, I would check the developer's financial situation first. With so little % of sold unit, do make sure they have enough holding power.

Overpriced.

Not all developers could pull off overpriced properties.

They should have accumulated enough buyers then only sign SPA with the buyers. But they did not, they signed SPA with buyers very early. Very strange developer.

It will be interesting if you post a new thread about old projects which did not hit 80% after a year or so. All of us will be really interested to know more about what other projects which did not hit > 80-90%.

But usually high rise which has big built up ( > 1500 sf ) might have problem reaching 80-90 %. Is it the case for Duet ?

It was mentioned a few times already that this project is super slow.

But seems lowyat forum no one come forward and claim to be the buyers. Presumable no lowyat forumers are affected. So no one need to kan cheong about it. whistling.gif
