QUOTE(Cyclonechuah @ Dec 26 2011, 05:03 PM) For TV, i don't know about their colour. CRT still better then current TN LCD now?But for Monitor Dell U2412M. here's the information. For working with photograph, which i assume you will be using Adobe Photoshop, you would probably need a true 8 bit panel for your work, which offers above 80% color accuracy. But they are much more expensive, you can look at Dell model U2410, U2711 or U3011. These uses H-IPS Panel which offers 8bit or 10bit(8bit +A-FRC) You can have a look at Dell Monitor U2410 information below. Added : Info IF you want cheapest solution, i recommend you spend RM50 get a cheap CRT Monitor for photo working, they have perfect color compare to all current LCD. |

QUOTE(Cyclonechuah @ Dec 29 2011, 10:35 PM) CRT is still the best color reproduction monitor. There's still many big company uses them. because they provided no input lag and best color reproduction that LCD can't even beat. Yeah I also realise those photo printing still using CRT.Initial thought was cost saving. But for me LCD is seem more pristine sharper and more vivid.I miss out those accuracy. Now market still have any CRT for sales? |

Now market still have any CRT for sales? LCD is just more energy efficient, slimmer, light weight, easy to carry. but the performance they offer is still inferior compare to CRT. |

Between LCT/LED monitors and LCD/LED TV, which 1 is better to be used as a PC display? a 32" LCD/LED TV nowadays cost around only RM1.5k while a 24" LCD/LED monitor is already RM1.2k ....

LCD/LED tv are cheap since they can't get the same level of sharpness that a PC monitor could. Try reading a text in a TV monitor and it will end up being fuzzy and pixelated |

No offense but i think your Monitor are using TN Panel which has inferior color compare to VA and IPS. And i think you need to tune your monitor sharpness to fix Xbox360 |

QUOTE(DrBlueBox @ Dec 28 2011, 11:12 AM) Alienware comes with nVidia 3D glasses, but then you need an nvidia card to make it work. If you are using it not for gaming, then Viewnet is selling the Acer HS244HQ 3D monitor for RM800 (give or take) QUOTE(DrBlueBox @ Dec 29 2011, 02:39 PM) If you're talking about the AW2310, no it does not come with 3D glasses.I'm using 1 and I didn't get any 3D glasses in the box. |

And Judging from it, you must be using converter of VGA to HDMI for CRT monitor compability. QUOTE i already try XBOX 360 my friend LCD Monitor but sucks color loss and ghost i try xbox 360 to LCD AND LED TV wow Color superb and no ghost very smooth then lcd monitor As i say previously, LCD Monitor that uses TN Panel has inferior color coverage compare to TV that uses VA (S-PVA) LCD and LED Monitor are the basically the same thing with the only differences are the energy efficiency. LCD Monitor use CCFL as Backlight brightness LED Monitor use LED as Backlight brightness They do not contribute to color. LED are just more energy efficient than CCFL used for backlight. In the end, it is up to user setting for affecting the display, if you just plug and play without setting anything, then i would have nothing to say, and would only post this picture. ![]() This post has been edited by Cyclonechuah: Dec 31 2011, 03:57 AM |
