what's the different between Dell U2412M (RM899) and Dell U2410 (RM1699) ?

Dell U2410
Contrast Ratio

2,000,000:1 (dynamic)

Contrast ratior the lower the better or higher the better ?

Between LCT/LED monitors and LCD/LED TV, which 1 is better to be used as a PC display? a 32" LCD/LED TV nowadays cost around only RM1.5k while a 24" LCD/LED monitor is already RM1.2k ....
