PAL and ntsc

Hi everyone... I have a question on my PS2. Right now my PS2 has started to have problems reading some games(for instance KH2!!argh!!). DVD9 games cannot read at all also and I'm pretty sure its not my lens because it works perfectly fine watching DVD movies.

Anyway, I want to re-mod my PS2 to a DMS4 Lite/Pro mod chip but don't know any reliable shop where I can trust in sungai wang. So which shop do any of you recommend?

Also, how much is the price to mod my PS2 to a DMS4 Lite/Pro?

Thank you for your help. Another problem, most games works fine on my PS2 with no freezes and so on. However I don't know its bad luck or what, but games like FFX, FFX-2, MGS2, and some other awesome PS2 games will always hang.

Like for instance during the FMVs in FFX, once the FMV is over... it goes to a black screen. Always also like that... how come? Is it the modchip or lens(which I don't think so)?

this can be a lot of reason. but for mostly concern. is the media. if is not the media. then is the modchip. if is not the modchip then is the lens. (regardless it need tuning or change lens)

Definitely not media because I've tried all my friend's copy of the said games and all also the same thing.

Probably the mod chip. I've once change my lens a few years back and FFX still did not work before and after that. Are all modchips in KL here clones?

yup. mostly are clone. don't listen to anyone that thier modchip is original. (unless the guys show you . and fix infront of you. then different story)

any way to make my PS2 connect to PSOne LCD with a AV cable or wire ?

anyone what happen to my ps2?
condition like this:whenever I play ps2 games, dvd, cd. either one condition happens.
1. always go to red screen
2. if ps2 logo successfully display, then blank screen is display after that.

btw, dvd movies n cd cannot play.

I think most likely your lens are dead, so you gotta change them.

i really doubt the successfulness of this tech talk thread as it being touted

Recently i've been having some probs. I'm not sure whether is my console or my memory card but i can't seem to save some games esspecially old ones. The solution i drew out is to format it but due to the reason that i only have 1 card i have to store the files in my thumbdrive using AR max. But that is also another prob. When i move the files to the thumbdrive, the some of the files will get corrupted and to make matters worst some of the files that i left it in my card got corrupted too. This really puzzles me. What i wanna know is the source of the prob cuz i couldn't pinpoint it. Help or opinions are greatly appreciated.

Yeah ARMAX is the culprit making mem card corrupted. Ditch that b**** and get Codebreaker 9.2..nuf said.
