U will never regret adding more co2 (if still within optimum level, co2 indicator will tell u this) ...lack of co2 might invite algae with dosing of liquid fert..bcoz plant hav nothing to react with

more light means more co2 right? i stil have one more tube 38w not on yet. if on mean total = 136w
if 136w to 2bps stil ok?

Dont put cosmetic sand on top of your aqua soil, otherwise your waste your aquasoil...
powersand is not a must....u can replace it with like others said lava rocks
Yup Book of ADA is a good book, it shown some how to guidance eventhough is a ADA catalogue
it might be better also you get the book b4 u get ur soil

Dont worry the plant is not green enough, the rotala(1st pic), cos it not suppose to be green 
i think u lack of iron or lights, not sure about Depont content with, plus try to dosage ferts on daily basis instead of 1 shot....and WC also good for remove exceed nutriens in your tank.

the rotala u just trim as low as you can and replant it trimmed stem as dense as u can

the Pogostemon sp Babien Laos(2nd pic) u can cut them anywhere  you wan and replant it by removing the lower leaves then plug it into ur soil. same goes to ludwigia

once you get the dense plant, then you can start shape your scape for the stem plant

what happen with my glosso? its colour turn to dark, seem like covered by algae...how to prevent from this to happen...pleased help me. i like green colour it look fresh

Blue green algae is actually not algae... Its a type of bacteria, suck out as much as you can. Or if you want drastic measure, get the gold fish powder, mix with some water and syringe it at the blue green algae.

Hi guys, my tank glasses are cover by brown algae(sticking on the glass wall)which make it look abit blur.. What shud I do?

if RM80 this size with the substrate and light is quite worth it, livestock can choose , prepare another 100 for it (plants + fishes). most pet store sells neon tetra from rm1 to rm1.5, cardinal u have to go to some bigger shop to get, i am not familiar with KL, but in cheras i can suggest some place to you. 

kinda standard price.. rm3.5 for cardinal..

pls cycle ur tank properly first b4 buying fish, cardinal tetra can be very fragile as all of them are wild caught and ship around the world..unlike neon

also u need to acclimate them slowly when adding them to tank

Btw, last time when I reared fish when I was small. I used to have plants living in the small aquarium where my small fish was eating on the roots.
