well, do you pay income tax? Your income would be the gross amount you declared.

Maybank has removed 'Visa Infinite' from the list of payee of Maybankard Credit Card in M2U.

According to insider, Maybank is scheduled to launch the American Express Centurion Charge Card (dubbed Jedi card internally) before launching the Visa Infinite.

Any idea?

Thanks for the suggestion. Agreed with what you'd said. I am finding ways to reduce the thickness of my wallet. Thinking of getting another wallet/card holder just for storing the cards.

Yeah...a sling bag or tote bag might do the trick to keep everything that you are carrying while on the move.  smile.gif

I also found some interesting credit card holders in Amazon.com that come with protection from RFID scanning. Some can hold up to 10-15 cards.  shocking.gif

hi guys, a question bothering me: ive done an easy payment of amount 3k for 12 months, im assuming they have deducted this amount from my CL for the next 12 months? if so, would the monthly installment restitute the CL by the amount paid or i hav to settle fully to recover back CL?

also, is easy payment installments flexible? can i make advance payments?

Pardon me for saying this but you should have ask yourself this question first before creating debt for yourself.
Now only want to worry?

1. Bank have taken the entire lump sum for your easy purchase debt payment.
2. Depends, some bank release the CL bank to you in proportion of the monies paid to the debt and some would not do so until you complete payment.
3. Easy purchase debt payment flexible ? No, either you pay according to the schedule or you pay in full as early settlement. Note: some banks will penalize you for making early settlement. No bank will recognize your additional payment as advance payment to the Easy Purchase Debt Payment.

Monthly minimum payment now look like this = Minimum 5% + Monthly (Scheduled) Purchase Debt Payments
It is more than 5% already.

hye, appreciate ur enlightenments. well, there are circumstances that one could not avoid to create debt for themselves like me im moving into a new house, clearly 3k was just an example. the real figure im facing could be a threat to my emergency funds which one shall not compromise. so i have no choice other than apply easy payments.

so here comes another concern to CL, kinda got limited by it in future CC usage unless my bank releases the CL on 'pay and release' basis. i think this should be the way.

no prob with the monthly payments as long as i dont have to fork out big chunks of cash sucking me dry.

Thanks for reminding me. I almost forget about it. blush.gif

I did check out Popular bookstore on the recommendation by one member here. But, I didn't like what I have seen there.

Not mean to offend the kind member. The cheap looking transparent plastic cardholder doesn't match at all with the "status" that come with the cards that I am holding. It cheapen the cards. tongue.gif laugh.gif
