CC overlimit wont approve, lets say u got 3 credit card 10k limit each. All overlimit do u think bank still will approve loan ?
try to keep below 50-60% might got chance

that's y, hv to advice people, when reaching 70% of limit, shld look some solution for clearing it.. if not it wld b too late..

of course, we dont use interest to compare, we use mthly installment to compare... these are tricks...
btw, -blr is not fixed rate.. mbsb is fixed rate, usually blr mthly installmentis lower than fixed rate...
