I use Titanium Backup free version. It fulfills my simple needs of backup and restore. For the screen off animation, I use this, works perfectly with TV effect:

just bought this for rm28 in lowyat...
not sure whether its original or not..but the quality is quite good...
variety of colours which make me hard to choose....all are nice..

Ya mine is the new one, but I prefer the old one. The new one is slower to load, slower to browse sad.gif

anyone know how to copy files into /system/media/...?
and. did you guys come across any apps that can use front camera with full screen? instead of the default camera app which only show us a small box when using front camera

I have this problem too.

2 things you can try: Change ur wifi encryption to WEP or install an app called Captivate keep alive.

I've been doing both and so far the last 4 nites no problem yet.

Update : SOD on 5th nite. Found out that Captivate keep alive didn't work previously when plugged in. Will now manually trigger it when plugged in to see the effect. Almost at the point of giving up and using a real alarm clock, something that was obsoleted decades ago.

something weird just happen.my navisea folder for papago x5 just disappear!!i just updated the map couples of days ago, this morning it just disappear.is this cause by virus or something?oh mai...

Help~~ i tried to swap my internal and external sd just now. after following all the steps, i cant see my internal and external storage. then i tried the ADB method from xda forum. not working too. then i hard reset my phone.. anyone swap successful?

okay something weird happened. after i reset. the storage is successfully swapped. but then.. after i transfer stuff into the sd. the phone cant detect both the internal and external sd anymore. it shows 0.00/0.00B.

dont know how to save it. even after hard reset still not revert back to original.

which firmware is your phone running? As far as i know SWAP are only work perfectly on XXKB3 firmware, like which i was using currently (been SWAP & used for 6 months without any problem...)

is it check from the baseband version in "about phone"? if so, then its DXKB2.

and also..if i use app2sd app, i can only move to internal sd? cannot move to external?

the swap works on dxkb2,i have tried for 2month without any problem.

need some help here.recently i posted that my phone sd card got corrupted after my fon batt is out. just now my fon hang during fruit slice game and i need to restart my fon by removing the batt.after that my sd card got corruptedand need to be reformated again.can anyone tell me is this caused by faulty memory card or my phone is faulty?
