At least it's not right beside the highway, compared
To Z residence, Kiara Residence

Heard around mid next year.but still have podium and infra work to do,donno how.architectural work maybe can completed on time depends how many group contractors lo.
Btw can anyone guess the selling price after completion?how rm/sf,how is the transaction and comparison among neighbor like g residence?can have better demand of subsale?

Was it the 1400sf or 1600-1700sf built up?
Cause they price it differently

Ya, UOA style, never change, I always ask them, they reply is "Practical ma", and if you want to have a quick impression of LY outlook, just look at bangsar south, hahaha, even for the show rooms, all the same style same ID for their projects...dah biasa.....Berjaya also always use this word, "we are practical" after being challenge.... tongue.gif

What's sizing unit you bought and with 1 or 2 car parks? also, any furnishing or electronic appliances such as kitchen cabinet, air cons, water heater or etc....

actually, they do change their style once, their Desa 8 condo looks like a huge star-war's triangular spacecraft parked on the little hill at tmn desa... awesome! thumbup.gif
