I think after VP probably still got few unit left... especially the type G where there view is blocked (block A facing KLCC) and the built-up is big (expensive).

dun expect too much from UOA condo...

their bangsar south condo, actually looks not high end feel at all, their setapak green also not impressed at all...

thier new project scenaria at segambut, also so outdated design...

so never expect nice design condo from UOA, their design on condo has been similar for over the past 10 years...

Exactly. No selling point yet people willingness to invest due to the location. I wont take this subsale unless i was early birds year ago probably flip n go ASAP. It has almost same faith casa residency later on imo.

Drop the booking at SouthView Bangsar South...the only x factor for project is freehold nia......over 1200 units in 2 acres land....SSQ got 3000 units over 28 acres land......equal to 220 units at 2 acres land if compared to Southview Bangsar South...

The design looks like high density medium cost apartment with high end condo price.... sweat.gif

UOA should ranked most bottom place among prestige developers in Malaysia....

Even wan to chop customers...also must come with nice architectual design....pls learn from Mah Sing (Icon at Segambut), SDB (Windows On the Park at Cheras), YTL (Fennel at Sentul)......at least cannot sell but still willing to own stay...

Most recall knowing the brand name only but no idea what their past projs are like and did not check further bcos heard into making decision.

If no other choice for own stay, take lor. If flip, by chance get special vvip discount earlier due to existing customer base then still ok but ROI still gonna be low, good luck flippers LOL. All VP this year onwards, "costs" are pass to subsale buyer.
