Facing beach still got, but all very big size of units (1,600sf - 1,800sf).....

Hi all owners of Le Yuan! Was told that the project will likely be completed in June next year. Wonder how many of u are for own stay?

They have increased 10% for Blk A. However, I find Blk A better than Blk B cos those units below 1,600sf for Blk B is facing the Mex highway so quite noisy. Furthermore, Those units for Blk B are either facing East or West sweat.gif shakehead.gif Units for Blk A are either facing North or South nod.gif

Just visited the site last weekend and noticed that the fencing for the car park has changed. According to the brochure, the fencing (brown in colour) is now look totally different from what is being installed…. rclxub.gif
