They have increased 10% for Blk A. However, I find Blk A better than Blk B cos those units below 1,600sf for Blk B is facing the Mex highway so quite noisy. Furthermore, Those units for Blk B are either facing East or West Units for Blk A are either facing North or South

Blk B got no price increase but sold out long time ago

No rushing, most importantly there is no defect after vp

Just visited the site last weekend and noticed that the fencing for the car park has changed. According to the brochure, the fencing (brown in colour) is now look totally different from what is being installed….
