I mean the land at the side of MEX highway before entering into Sri Petaling
there is a sewerage plant within the cleared land (many trucks and cars been stopped by at side)

I thought they were just using the land to store their heavy equipment etc
I could be wrong but it doesn't look like any development

Just my opinion, this area mostly is for own stay unless your rental willing let go below RM2500 for Fully Furnish. G residence also got lot of unit for rent. At the moment can compare to G residence first.

Based on their SPA target VP date is end of 2014. But i think OUA sure can deliver just matter or workmenship only. My friend just get his key for Setapak Green he told me even the facility not finish yet then developer just hand over like that, dono is it because of DIBS.
