hi, i just went today. block B open for sale only. all small units 1164sqft sold out. almost 50% sold out overall. i think left 1392 sqft onwards. work out min. RM457 per sq ft for 1392sqft before discount. RM 410 per sqft only for 1164sqft,but all sold out.might think to get bigger unit la.

not sure, but after discount of 7%, the price is RM425/sqft. the response today quite good...alot of ppl buy like no need think one. the key point is DIBS, save quite alot of money for interest. but i think tomorrow even more hot when open to public.

i think among those listed above, arte and bukit jalil can consider nearby and also new condo, others are completed sometime ago. but i heard art-e got alot of bad response on the developer, 400psf with leasehold, abit higher. if early of Le Yuan buyer, can get around 410 - 425psf at soft lauch time.

sorry, wrong info. 350psf for art-e, leasehold. emm...can someone give comment if compare to le yuan?

the lawyer has brief me the loan legal fee + stamp duty is around rm7,060. not sure already included the discount or not. my purchase price is 642,800 before any discount.
anyway, until today, still got early bird discount of 7% for new buyer?

hi, i wonder who manage to buy to unit size 1164sf?what is the purchase price before discount?is the official launching already?previously there were some floors unit in block a reserved for official launching, now is it open to public?

those unit facing mex highway no need to worry, i have checked the site, the earthwork level currently is roughly same as mex highway beside and all the units are at least 5 floor above ground, so no blockage from mex highway, but other building further than the mex highway i need ppl to advise...who have the info?

Its around 150meters to MEX, but the construction fence did covered another 2 parcel of land which is not belonging to LY. Knowing these after referring to SPA and clarify with SA. Maybe that 2 parcel of lands were acquired by them.

i think i did mentioned before the mex road is about same level as ground floor for LY. So, with minimum floor is 5 storey higher, which mex highway is definately below the view. no issue on blockage of mex highway

good point. i think if the noise really is a problem, all the units should request uoa to build sound barrier to absorb all the noise. they should provide this kind of service to us.
