1) what price u purchase among the others nearby?cheaper? (mean early bird), no worry.
2) how big your unit size and what kind of target subsale buyer if you want to flip, family?youngster?need comment

4) location good?Yes i think....easy access to anywhere, no worry.
5) got tulin seri gembira avenue to support also...new landmark? value increase due to commercial nearby but not next door (traffic jam and too noisy), no worry.
6) the leafz abit far, target different, no worry
7) desa gembira, old condo, no worry.
8) seringin, higher range, price higher definately,cant compare.
9) g residence (small developer,cant comment) and 288 residency (new developement on high range, cant comment ), someone maybe can give comment
10) other condo too far.
So, what to worry more?maybe someone can explain more on the worries.
