I'm the owner for blk B, my SPA stamping on 14/12/11 but I not entitle for IPad. May I know? What is yours SPA stamping date for those entitle for iPad please?

how do you guy feel about the uoa sale personel? My experience is really kns. i booked my unit during the launch. Asked 1 of the sale staff regarding the unit, material given, etc. The guy told me sorry, this project under different team, he was there to help only. In my opinion, all the sale staff have to attend briefing, understand the product before they can do sale right?

After that, I confirmed 1 of the unit and issued cheque to 1 sale staff,she ask me to wait for while to help me register. i waited 1 hour +, approached her twice because i saw she bz attending other new comers. Really beh tahan, i raise my voice to her say that i am in the rush, really gtg.... then she took out my cheque from her folder, paased it to the admin counter, asked me to liaise with the admin staff. i have to wait there because the admin staff said there are 2 person Q in front of me. In conclusion, the sale person only kan cheong about new sale, because i issued my cheque too early that y i do not deserve their service.

For SPA & loan agrt signing, each time they called oso sound like debt collector.

When i sign SPA, I need to settle the differential amount of RM0.60 between loan and purchase price. The lawyer and i went to the sale person on duty in the sale office. Guess what, the lady asked who is my sale person incharged when the lawyer informed her we want to pay for the defferential amount. She ask me to wait, she wanna call the sale person incharged to attend me. I told the lawyer, ask UOA to post me the receipt, i am not going to wait them to issue me RM0.60 receipt. She made me felt that she is not earning my commision, the person earn it have to work it.

Last 2 days, i receive a call from a guy asked am i Ms. XXX? I answer him that No, you call the wrong number and hang up.
Then he called agn saying that he is Mr XXX from UOA call regarding Le Yuan, am i the owner of unit X-X. i answer NO, u called the wrong number. He asked am i the owner of Le Yuan? i answered yes but my unit is Y-Y. He ask have i settle the SPA & Loan? I answerd yes, i have signed both SPA and Loan in Dec. I repeated agn I am the person u looking for. U have called the wrong number.
The guy then ask again SO YOU HAVE PAID AVTHING?
What s wrong with him? Sound like I own him few million bucks.


So far i met this 4 different sale person from UOA, their service are ...........

Like ah long chasing for money

so far encountered the girls are ok. but one of the guy really got attitude problem.

I was entertained by a male sales person and he's quite nice and helpful. I asked him alot of questions even after I booked and he entertained all my questions nicely.

I have the same problem with the male sales guy too, and today entertain by another female sales, much better.

did u register in UOA website prior to ur purchase?

wah now the uoa selling very expensive la, b4 i oredi ask they say selling price ard 450k la but now deng so high leh how to buy leh... sienzz

I did have a bad experience with the staff(she) as well, I wolud like to make it simple.
After 2 days I make my booking I went back to the sales office and I saw my unit wasn't stickered, I ask one of the staff and they told me my sales person never updated it.

And I have same experience when they call to follow up on loan application spa n loan agreement signing. The way they talk is like I'm owning them money, threatening me to sign fast or else cancel my booking la no dibs la, I was so pissed that time. I'm doing sales too I really don't understand how they treated their customer.

Really don't like their staff.

got the letter from developer to collect ipad2..but ipad HD going to launch in US today..=(
actually letter dated 23rd Feb..will going to collect these few days...
i signed SPA in middle of Dec 2011 still entitle for this...meaning quite lots of other still waiting for loan approval at that time....so for those sign around my time...should be able to get it too...

10k so far and the remaining 4% will pay on signing s&p.

However, price increase 5% compared to initial stage and now raising another 10k++..

Added on March 8, 2012, 2:03 amI also didnt aware 1300sf still have 620k, most of that are starting with 700k+, unless very low like 1st or 2nd floor if not mistaken.
