QUOTE(joyi0925 @ Mar 25 2012, 05:44 PM) Hi lonelyboy62, may I know how long u waited for the mortgage loan approval? Have u signed ur snp? Mine 2 days already approved, and I have signed both s&p and loan agreement. Added on March 29, 2012, 3:44 pmQUOTE(ahboy1210 @ Mar 27 2012, 05:46 PM) Thanks sifu for the advise! Actually you just ask them verbally, they will lets you know, but it is really more or less the same, all -2.4% and -2.45%, either zero lock in or 3 years lock, MRTA forcing or not, that is quite straight forward. Just trying to save the papers. This post has been edited by loneboy62: Mar 29 2012, 03:44 PM

That's why still waiting for RHB decision.

QUOTE(mayshy @ Apr 13 2012, 04:39 PM) Means 4/15 is the official launch? does not heard anything.. I guess only, not confirmed. Bcz they moved the show house to the site, so I guess is an official launch for this condo to push the rest of units.

QUOTE(mayshy @ Apr 13 2012, 05:38 PM) Still got unit left ya? Sure is those bigger unit with higher price tag.. House is so unaffordable nowadays.. It is absolutely opposite. The bigger unit almost sold off and only leave smaller units, which meant not face to the pool side. But still true, quite pricey, 480 per sf

If young couples, even join-name still a quite heavy burden for owning a unit...

QUOTE(Chunkit9 @ May 4 2012, 10:28 AM) is the maintenance fees is only 0.22 cent?? how come so cheap?? take 1500sft average for all units, with total 675 units, they collect 220k every month for maintenance plus sinking fund. so, developer really make enough money from this collection.
