Added on March 29, 2012, 3:44 pmActually you just ask them verbally, they will lets you know, but it is really more or less the same, all -2.4% and -2.45%, either zero lock in or 3 years lock, MRTA forcing or not, that is quite straight forward. Just trying to save the papers.

Thanks lonelyboy for your advise. RHB said he will fight for -2.5%, 3 years lock in, no mrta forcing for me. 5 more banks offered me max -2.4% only. That's why still waiting for RHB decision.

yeah, they told the same too but it takes too long to feed me back, end up also -2.45 unless you loan 1m and above.

attended the appreciation day today...99% chinese buyers..block B sold out. block A sold 50-60%....price today is around 480psf after discount.

It is absolutely opposite. The bigger unit almost sold off and only leave smaller units, which meant not face to the pool side. But still true, quite pricey, 480 per sf

Seems there are still a lot having the purchasing and holding powers for condo;
I think especially those seniors on their 40's and 50's which accumulating their wealth.

If young couples, even join-name still a quite heavy burden for owning a unit...

is the maintenance fees is only 0.22 cent?? how come so cheap??

take 1500sft average for all units, with total 675 units, they collect 220k every month for maintenance plus sinking fund. so, developer really make enough money from this collection.
