to those that already signed S&P, is the parking lot already assigned and stated the lot number on the S&P?

yes it is ...u will know which level and which lot u have for ur parking.

The parking level & lots no were stated in SPA. Also noticed there was 2 layer per floor, for instance level 2 & 2a where all lifts were located at level with a, therefore there is a small up ramp for those parking in level without a to get to lift lobby. Does anyone notice this and what is the purpose of not making them in flat floor, anyone could clarify?

Added on December 30, 2011, 5:25 pmBelieved UOA has brought over the remaining of 3 acres as noticed they made construction bound till the end toward the highway which included these 3 acres. Does anyone know the use of these 3 acres and what is their plan for these?

How are the parking assign? Is it higher floors equal nearer to the lifts?

normally higher floor will get better car park like at ground floor, no need to drive few level up the elevated car parks.
close to lifts? not sure... maybe bigger/exp unit will get it...

Good parking for those lots nearest to lifts and sitting on ground or first level and the more expensive units you brought (large sf & high floor) the better parking you have. Believed those big units facing pools will be assigned to good parking.

U confirmed that the lift for the parking is on the "A" level only?
i saw the plan but didnt state that the lift is on A level only

My car parks were assigned to level 2, hence when referred to parking plan in SPA. Those car parks were isolated to layer A and without A and those lifts in both blocks located in layer A mean I have to climb several steps via walk ramps or staircase to get the lifts in layer A.

What is your parking level? you may cross check with SA as well the usage of another 3 parcels of land.
