this weekend open block B,small units all reserved for VIP already,walk in customers can choose from smallest 1392sq ft,1407sq ft till 17xxsq ft....average per sq ft after discount is rm450. every floor add another 3k...

block A facing north and south,so they very smart to open block B first because facing east and west.

facing west is big unit,its all facing beach swimming pool,
while facing east is facing MEX highway-sri petaling.

show unit available for 1392sq ft and another one bigger size,cant remember the size..

410psf is for bigger unit,mine 16th floor,avg 450psf after discount, 10k booking,if loan reject,they will deduct 2k admin fees.
freehold with 2 car park,basic unit with no furnish..how much is the leafz?

you refer to above link,see malaysia population category age 20 to 34,how many million people in this category already...as one project average unit of condo is around 600 units, 10 projects total 6000 unit in kuchai three years later, assume 50% own use,meaning that 50% available in secondary market..3000 unit available..do you think 3000 units are be able to feed the demand? plus landed properties price gone up again...probably close to million or exceeded million..

heard tat ceiling height is 9ft 6'', anyone knows? lower than bangsar south condo..whats standard of ceiling height of a condo? seek for advice..

got the letter from developer to collect ipad2..but ipad HD going to launch in US today..=(
actually letter dated 23rd Feb..will going to collect these few days...
i signed SPA in middle of Dec 2011 still entitle for this...meaning quite lots of other still waiting for loan approval at that time....so for those sign around my time...should be able to get it too...
