The main factor I think is the inflation, for example the chicken rice 3 years ago RM3.50 a plate now RM5 increase more than 40%. How to expect the property price to stay? With the bearish outlook from every expert, purchaser has to be more cautious, make sure be able to sustain for the down time. A lot ppl are holding their cash to wait for the opportunity to grab those urgent sale/urgent exist property… I believe that invest in property will get higher return than Fix Deposit of Bank in long term, 5 – 10 years with all the incentives given. |

how do you guy feel about the uoa sale personel? My experience is really kns. i booked my unit during the launch. Asked 1 of the sale staff regarding the unit, material given, etc. The guy told me sorry, this project under different team, he was there to help only. In my opinion, all the sale staff have to attend briefing, understand the product before they can do sale right?
After that, I confirmed 1 of the unit and issued cheque to 1 sale staff,she ask me to wait for while to help me register. i waited 1 hour +, approached her twice because i saw she bz attending other new comers. Really beh tahan, i raise my voice to her say that i am in the rush, really gtg.... then she took out my cheque from her folder, paased it to the admin counter, asked me to liaise with the admin staff. i have to wait there because the admin staff said there are 2 person Q in front of me. In conclusion, the sale person only kan cheong about new sale, because i issued my cheque too early that y i do not deserve their service. For SPA & loan agrt signing, each time they called oso sound like debt collector. When i sign SPA, I need to settle the differential amount of RM0.60 between loan and purchase price. The lawyer and i went to the sale person on duty in the sale office. Guess what, the lady asked who is my sale person incharged when the lawyer informed her we want to pay for the defferential amount. She ask me to wait, she wanna call the sale person incharged to attend me. I told the lawyer, ask UOA to post me the receipt, i am not going to wait them to issue me RM0.60 receipt. She made me felt that she is not earning my commision, the person earn it have to work it. Last 2 days, i receive a call from a guy asked am i Ms. XXX? I answer him that No, you call the wrong number and hang up. Then he called agn saying that he is Mr XXX from UOA call regarding Le Yuan, am i the owner of unit X-X. i answer NO, u called the wrong number. He asked am i the owner of Le Yuan? i answered yes but my unit is Y-Y. He ask have i settle the SPA & Loan? I answerd yes, i have signed both SPA and Loan in Dec. I repeated agn I am the person u looking for. U have called the wrong number. The guy then ask again SO YOU HAVE PAID AVTHING? What s wrong with him? Sound like I own him few million bucks. So far i met this 4 different sale person from UOA, their service are ........... |
