If the unit is same floor but 3 units away, will it be any effect?

I think the location is ok, just feel too pricey so afraid not suitable as investment. This is my first investment, so scared made the wrong decision sad.gif

You meant negotiate for better rate with the bank? But I thought that's standard and so far the best in the market d for blr - 2.45? I'm for sure interested if can..

Dear all,

I saw frm the Star newspaper today about Le Yuan advertisement. Does anyone know how's the sales? Looks like it's quiet now...

Btw, I got letter from UOA that I am entitled for free iPad. Anyone received that letter too?

I was entertained by a male sales person and he's quite nice and helpful. I asked him alot of questions even after I booked and he entertained all my questions nicely.
