Sorry it is actually block b east facing units. I suck in directions. U can see there is a proposed building to the east of LY. If it is approved let's hope some developer will buy the plot of land in between them & build a high rise building to block off the view.

Maybe people just pay now and worry three years later. Chances losing money quite slim, it could be either break even or make profit. 420 psf might be expensive now but it may consider reasonable 3 years later.
