took these photos yesterday..
hardly had time to sort out the details with the SA
quite rushed and packed!

but i still managed to snap some pics smile.gif

the lower floors are open for booking
not sure till 9th floor or something,
but about 30k more expensive than block B!!

but bearing in mind that the flooring is inclusive of the
carpark levels ;p hehe

i have no idea why UOA would come out with a "beach concept' condo rite next to a busy elevated HWY?

unless the beach is on the roof top, like Verve Suites....then lain cerita...

To me.. I visited the site. Quite nice location as surrounded by landed houses and condo. This uoa condo is at the middle of them.

yesterday pergi sales office banyak habis jual. Left the 1162sqft, 580k after discount and other larger sizes. sad.gif

actually, so long as we are not buying on emotion (by seeing all stickers on the board, feeling kiasu..) , why bother about this stickers thingy? Just buy with your own intention and informed decision. All these ho-ha abt the name of property, the traffic, locations, price, etc. are just part of the parcel when we discuss property online..

Ya lor, higher level more expensive mah. Semua expensive units left.
The leafz compare to UOA, I will prefer UOA lor.........personal opinion only ah. Nanti penyokong Leafz marah pula.
I prefer UOA because lower maintenance cost, better access and environment, good name UOA.
