facing west is facing seringin, and futsal and landed, still got empty land meh?

u meant the hospital will near UOA face east side is it, which is block B face, mex side, ( east side )

After digesting some info pple share here I think uoa ly got a lot of cons
Less than 200m from Mex. Some units will be cut by mex, low floor all very risky
Potential hospital, this is another risk, block b choice units pool view are bigger units face direct west sun, block a units nice but moreexp lor
