still dun like condo...from car park to your unit...too far to walk....more so when you need to lug shopping or work files from office.... summore got to wait n wait for lift....very sians! and no privacy.......(from carpark to your unit)

i have no idea why UOA would come out with a "beach concept' condo rite next to a busy elevated HWY?
unless the beach is on the roof top, like Verve Suites....then lain cerita...
