For ARREIT, if the GE13 result is unpleasant to current government, will it affect ARREIT?

Has anyone invested in S-Reits from malaysia through Msian brokers?

Are you subjected to withholding taxes although the dividend distribution by S-Reits are not subjected to taxes?

Thanks

Again, Axreit reported a decrease of EPS but increase of revenue quarter report. Is it a good one? Or not so good? Was the spending mostly on renovation of its assets and purchasing of new assets? For its net assets per share, only a slight increase only. Anyone know the details, please share share here. notworthy.gif

There are private placement that dilute the EPS, but not much, if without the refurbished cost incurred, might as well see roughly the same EPS.
Also the private placement has parred down the borrowing, which is good, while only affect the EPS a little

DPU still gets 6.4% at current price of 2.70. Much higher than retail reits. Risks vice, i guess industry reit is little more defensive than pure office reit. hmm.gif

A surprise that Stareit gives 4 cents, I only expect 2.x ~ 3 cents only as the new acquisition only completed around 3rd to 4th Q period.

Just a question regarding ATRIUM's dividend. If there's no mention about tax, can I assume that the whole amount is tax-exempted?

Standard is 10% witholding tax.
So if no mentioned, means 10% witholding tax applied.
