How about Mi410 vs X5 ? cos now only i notice Mi410 is actually X6 and its in the same price...

should Mi410 be better ?
*
mi410 has serious screen issue, try to reach the thread of itself in the forum.
When the phone get warm/hot, the phone turns NUT.

End up, I chosen X5 over it.

For the extreme durabilty of Androids, of course you must go for Motorola Defy.
it is water, shock, and dust resistant.
specs are here : http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_defy-3514.php
it should be around rm 1.1k for ori Brightstar set...
Drop, water, and dust proof test are here :

Hope this helps.. ^^

In day to day use the difference in clock speed of the S and S Plus shouldn't be really noticeable but overall the S is the best among those three. That said i am not sure whether the GPS on the S is still problematic or not on the current firmware.

Still,if i were you i'd get the Nexus S. icon_idea.gif

Nexus S over Galaxy S
-It's a nexus device which will receive updates the fastest [the main draw of it imo]
-Stock android that's fast and fluid
-It has a LED flash
-It has no GPS problems

Galaxy S over Nexus S
-Arguably better looking design
-Has a microSD slot

Hello I need some advice/suggestions please >-<;;

1. Preferably SE/SAMSUNG/Others. Not HTC please, I had a bad experience with it once lol. Currently eye-ing on SE Xperia Neo or SE Xperia Ray actually, but unsure of how good both are. Suggestions are welcome.

2. My budget is around RM1.300 below. (+/- RM100). Original only please.

3. Specs. I need the camera to be 5MP or above, with LED flash. Touch sensitive and a friendly UI. Also, a large screen. (4" below, 3"+ above)

My brother has the SE Xperia Mini Pro, and it's really good so far. The only complaint I have about it is the small screen. I understand the purpose of it being called "Mini", however having used my iPod touch quite frequently, I find the Mini Pro's screen a bit too tiny.
Btw, I've also noticed that the touch screen is not as sensitive? It's very apparent when I'm playing games like Fruit Ninja. It doesn't feel as easy as the iPod's/iPhone's. Do all SE phones have similar touch sensitivity or do some perform better?

P/S : I'm currently using W995, and was captivated by Galaxy SII at first, however soon found that it was too large and too expensive. I loved the clarity and the pretty UI of it though.

This will be my first Android phone if everything goes well haha ;;

SAmoled is deemed to be better in term of color saturation and contrast.

Gorilla glass is glass made by Corning Co. which is claimed to be scratch resistant and more durable/hard than normal glass.

Back on topic, can anyone here suggest me whether I should get Desire HD or LG Optimus Black(if I was to suscribe plan from Digi especially). Personally, i prefer the exterior of Black.

How much is LG Black inferior to Desire HD in term of performance? hmm.gif

Or anyone here can suggest me a better option, not necessary from Digi(plan+phone). Also, how much are the AP/ORI of them cost?

SAMOLED has better contrast but the colours are too saturated and it uses a pentile subpixel arrangement which makes texts a bit more fuzzy compared to the traditional RGB subpixel arrangement on the SCLCD display.SAMOLED also uses more power.Based on that i'd take the SC-LCD display instead of SAMOLED.

About Gorilla Glass,it 'should' be scratch proof but the one on my Galaxy Tab last time was scratched anyway when i put it in my backpack blink.gif

Power consumption wise, it's subjective. If you customize your whole interface into a minimalistic black one then the S-AMOLED would definitely consume less power compared to the SCLCD. Text wise, its not noticeable or disturbing in any way so I don't think its a big problem. Saturation wise, it can be adjusted from a background effect setting in the display section. It has been stated over and over again. The Gorilla Glass is not scratch proof. Its scratch resist.

CSL MI-410 should be okay. RM799.

Android is better gaming/gps wise. GPS wise they're the same since both can use Garmin but you have other choices with android like papago/etc etc.

Hi wanna ask. I'm buying a phone for a friend(newbie in android). Why i read someone posted, HTC much easier to use than other brands(due to HTC sense)?

And is it true all HTC phones actually have gorilla glass?
