I only can think of Huawei X5 and CSL mi-410 if you going for android.

Smartphone camera usually not that great though....

mi410 has serious screen issue, try to reach the thread of itself in the forum.
When the phone get warm/hot, the phone turns NUT.

End up, I chosen X5 over it.
