haha, depends on how many units TKTTT bought during those times. not sure abt axis but for zest and ts, u'll need abt 4 units respectively to make abt RM1m...which is not bad at all wink.gif

heard from the agent station outside the zest.. KFC and 7-11 confirm will moved in to Zest Point .. anyone of you heard abt this? any comment ?

Just dropby to TZ. The occupancy is still as expected where most owners still reno their units.

The beautiful yellow lighting striking to the building wall was actually looked damm great. Anyhow, spoilt by some units esp lower floors unit where using cheap n long white fluorescent to make the balcony uglier and the odd unit using white beam.

If all the units balcony and living hall use yellow light and beam, it looks super good and more classy.

Worst still, found few units at Block A hanging their clothes and mattress at the balcony's glass. OMG. If more people do this, it look like a flat.

Is the electricity n water rate follow commercial rate or residential rate?

What about the quit rent, assessment, indah water?

Was heard the rumours of 7-11 will be moving to Zest Point. Unsure about this.

Even got rumours of Pappa Rich and a potential bank.

KFC i first time hear. But i feel very unlikely.

Confirmed 7-11 at Zest point. Is is under reno. now .so there is Speed mart 99 at one end and 7-11 at the other end.

i guess the speed99 won't last long as the giant is just <2KM away from TZ... unless the store manager can manage the price & stock very well...

Yalar. I think those units hanging clothes at their balcony glass should be fine in later stages. If not mistaken, they are tenants not owner itself. Block A had 3 units did this yesterday night. Really spoilt the classy environment.

The whole building was beauty white colour mix with zest ( orange feel ) and light it on with yellow lights/beams to make it extraordinary.

Few owners did their unit with white fluorescent, sigh and worst, there was one unit with blue colour. Lol.

Anyhow, this is uncontrollable. But the hanging clothes in the balcony compound should be remove.

all this can be managed with unity when jmb is set-up. now no one championing the overall environment of the zest.

henry butcher is just a manager, sense of ownership different from owners. hence, really hope someone can take the lead to form the pro-tem jmc fast.

not really i saw a few 7-11, mini mart and traditional kedai runcit surrounding Tesco Puchong, yet they still can survive after so many years.. sometimes, people just lazy to drive in, find parking, go up and queue to pay.. people now a day willing to pay for conveniency..

Not true. There is one 99 Speedmart less than 500m to Puchong Tesco, and it is doing extremely well.

There is also another 99 Speedmart just opened less than 500m from Giant Bandar Puteri. Let's see if this one can do as well or not.

Guys, you should pay a visit to 99 Sppedmart one day; and you will suprise that the price of most products are much much cheaper than Tesco/Giant/Carrefour.

The only drawback is the selection/choice of product are limited as compared to hypermarket. But but normally they located very near to the housing area!

Go go support 99 Speedmart!! biggrin.gif
