To those owners who plan to let out to the african students, please reconcider again! Of course we cant stop you but i think it is only short term gain for you and long run it will affect all the owners of Zest including your unit .It is already proven in other condos. with too many African students that eventually will affect the price of the units.We dont want Zest to be another one. Please reconsider!

Really annoy with the agents call everyday! as i understand they bought the list from
some culpri t that could be lawyers end , bankers end or developer's staff.
Whoever he is i think we can help to minimise the impact by saying you dun own any unit in Zest each time you receive call
from agent. My point is if the agents getting a lot of this responds from their call then they will doubt the list they bought.
We need the nos. for it to be effective.
Just my 2 cents.hope it can work.

Confirmed 7-11 at Zest point. Is is under reno. now .so there is Speed mart 99 at one end and 7-11 at the other end.
