Let's focus on RM460 psf in the medium term. Current OCBC & UOB valuations stand at RM420 psf. Heard CIMB is offering similar but can someone confirm? RM480 psf - RM500 psf will need to take more time - believe this will come true only when LRT is insight. People generally is "Seeing is Believing". But the pioneers will "Believe to See".
