This week maybe i go, but without inspira too. haha.. cause I not drive it here, cause scare too fast 1k service.

1k svc change oil & filter, noted it. Mine I tried but i dint heard any nyek nyek sound, everything fine.
I just try to drive over hump fast, turn fast a bit. Side windows is Proton, I checked it.
Why not Mitsu? Lucky not, if not half proton half mitsu feel a bit cacat.

I saw 2 inspira at my hometown, they also change their front bumper and add spoiler, look quite nice. envy envy.

Drive your Inspira lar, the faster to clock the better mah! You can also give your car a workout on the highway. I seriously suggest u drive the Inspira. Any problems you can also check (whistling sound etc). You can always do the 1K service in KL/PJ anyway.

Quick question for those who opted for the 5-year free service during the July's promotion.
1) Do we get some kind of voucher or is it all computerised in such a way we can go to any authorised service center?
2) If we bought it from EON, we can send to Proton Edar for the free service too right and vice-versa?

1. Its all computerized. You will get the e-voucher serial number by post. All you need to do is to bring ur service book when u go service ur car.
2. Yah you can still send to edar, but i rather go back to eon...

Adding 1 more thing here,
3. Sahabat eon card is also computerized online liao. Just quote ur member no/car number when u call.

Told my dad the same thing, but my butt is still itching to test out a 2.0 one, haha

A question from one who does not own Inspira:

Is the 5-Years free service including parts?

No. Only normal service stuff like engine oil, gasket etc. I don't think it even comes with CVT oil. Your parts spoilt claim warranty anyway.

Proton states 80K, but i think for Lancer it's 40k?? Not really sure, but it would be better to change it every 40K or 2 years, whichever first...CVT gear is the most expensive part...you'll want to keep it in tip top condition.

5 years service including parts, components all oils including CVT oils.

only 5 years-warranty doesnt cover all aprts.

What is the essential parts that are not covered? Thank you in advance.

Cause before i think the car still new, scare later suddenly any problem half way.
then next time back i will drive that car. check is it any problem on highway.

do you know how long the timing chain can last, and change?
what is the cost to change timing chain?
