No boss. I non owner but I fully support taiko taiko like u and UFO in this thread.

If i compare Pentas vs recent launches of 2S/2.5S/3S superlinks of similar size in KL/Selangor, i am convinced Pentas, at better location and great potential, is really undervalued.

-There is another area launch 25x85(not pentas) next year 1st quater and it will be last area for 25x85
-Existing townhouse plan will change to DSL 22x80 and launch around cny (100 units)

Just visited pentas construction site, 2 rows piles up to 1st floor completed. 1st row corner unit wall brick done 50%. spoke to supervisor, he told me 2nd row 5 feet higher than 1st row. 2nd and 3rd row same altitude.

5 feet alot le ...

Pentas back left 5ft, front 20 ft, body 60. He told me pentas3 4th row next to pentas 3rd row will be higher more. Pentas 1st and 2nd whole rows before turning same height. Pentas 3rd row not much progress.

Yeah... as per the SA say... it will be about 2-3 development at quarter 1. The re-design from townhouse to 22x80 DSL will be price at 570-580k.

bro, what is the build up size for the 22x80 DSL?

Let say builtup for 22x80 is 2500sf. Price 570k-580k. Psf is about 230. Not much appreciation for pentas buyer.

I am just guessing the builtup only. Need to wait for taikor M2 to update..

Hei all taikor, SA never reveal the BU. I don't think he know yet even Pentas 3 also he don't know the BU(but he say possible the BU for Pentas 3 will be smaller).

is a worrying sign if the upcoming selling price per sq. ft. is lower than the earlier launches, isn't it?
