Exact location will be at Shah Alam Seksyen 35 near to Kota Kemuning and Taman Sri Muda.

The township is located at Shah Alam Section 35. Go to KESAS, at near to Kota Kemuning, you will see the signboard of ALAM IMPIAN, follow the instruction to LKAS highway and you will reach there.

Just came back from Ai. Just 20 mins from my workplace. Pentas 2 no freebies or discount? Selling price from 776k, a bit pricey for the area IMO although build up is very generous and good specs given.

Only saw they r selling pentas 2 all others r sold out. Manage to go ttdi to take a quick peek at the site. Prefer I&P site no visible pylons.

Any shopping malls planned like gsc, jusco or something like that? Would love to get 1 if can get ard 600k+ range.

Btw would like to know if majority owners here are for own stay or investment? Where do u guys go for makan n shopping?

How about the Pentas 2 selling, limited unit right? Hehehe... Yeah mostly of the development was sold out left Pentas 2 (around 20 units). You might wait for the future launch for 22x80 or can purchase Canting 2 sub-sales around RM600k

I just view spira, house layout a bit weird with toilet facing the living room.
and the worst part of it is this image below.

High tension cables also 300 meters around spira and aquina, but telco tower actually is much more dangerous compare to high tension cables.

About the Spira, the should not be discussing here.

Canting 2 is not Gated but Guarded (with guard of course) with Alarm.

So how was the decision and the price of the house?

Canting 2 is quite OK, 2km away from mosque, but main problem is not gated. although got alarm system.

Maybe you should asking the question before you decide:-
1) Price?
2) Does gated is so important to you although there are guarded with alarm system?
3) Build Up for the house which Canting 2 have 22x80 Built up: 2,467 Square Feet.
4) Since you worry about the HTC/HVC and telco tower, you should have idea about it.
