The sales still below 60 yesterday.

There will be another 25x85 launching this year, from post 43 this thread i guess should be A2 03c ... 3288 sf at 800k. Personal opinion the facade not so nice as pentas 1 and 2.

Bro, the unsold are bumi quota units? Undoubtedly, the GFC has an impact on prop.

Heard there is a possibility InP will build sample hse for Pentas3....can UFO boss confirm this?

Alot of bumi like this development due to it is just nearby shahalam. Pentas 1 take up rate is about 50 50 and almost sold up within one weekend. Pentas 2 should have same pattern 50 50 i guess.

I heard that too about the sample house ...

IF got show house will be nice, but will require more months to complete. Sample house is more appropriate as they will launch Pentas 3 in Dec/Jan ... not enough time for show house.

Since Pentas 2 sales is moving slow... is okies for build show house for Pentas 3. I hear the SA say they wont launch this year... maybe early next year but no mention when. Maybe this Saturday I go ask again.
